Croatian Defence Cluster Hosted SAHA Istanbul Delegation from Türkiye

Croatian defence Cluster hosted SAHA Istanbul delegation. We are pleased that we have hosted our dear friends and partners from the Republic of Turkey and partner association SAHA Istanbul. We organized a series of very constructive and business-oriented meetings with Agency ALAN and the Zagreb innovation Centre. We have presented several perspectives Croatian SME’s and Start ups that also expressed intention to join Cluster membership, while at the same time, some first business opportunities emerged for our industry stakeholders.

Strategic Partnership Development

The visit represented a significant milestone in strengthening bilateral cooperation between Croatian and Turkish defence industries. Through carefully organized meetings and presentations, both sides explored numerous opportunities for collaboration, technology transfer, and joint project development.

The delegation from SAHA Istanbul, one of Turkey’s leading defence industry clusters, showed great interest in Croatian defence capabilities and innovation potential. The meetings facilitated valuable exchanges of expertise and identified several areas where Croatian and Turkish companies could work together on defence and security projects.

B2B Meetings and Business Opportunities

For the end of this fruitful business-oriented event, we have organized B2B meetings in Hotel Dubrovnik with more than 25 companies participating from the Croatian side. We are proud that we are continuing a prosperous partnership with the constant support of our General Consulate in Istanbul and Mrs. Ivana Zerec.

The B2B meetings provided a platform for direct engagement between Croatian and Turkish companies, enabling them to discuss specific projects, explore partnership opportunities, and establish business connections. The high level of participation from the Croatian side demonstrated the strong interest in expanding cooperation with Turkish defence industry partners.

Rimac Automobili Visit

Special thank you note to Mr. Mate Rimac and Rimac Automobili hosted a delegation of the Republic of Turkey and presented them with capacities of RIMAC automobile and future Campus.

The visit to Rimac Automobili showcased Croatian innovation and technological excellence in the automotive and technology sectors. The delegation had the opportunity to learn about cutting-edge electric vehicle technology and see firsthand the advanced capabilities that Croatian companies can offer in high-tech manufacturing and innovation.
