EDA Chief Executive, Mr Šedivy, meeting with senior representatives of participating Member States National Defence Industry Associations and Aerospace and Defence Industries Association of Europe.

On December 09^th 2022 EDA Chief Executive meeting with senior representatives of participating Member States National Defence Industry Associations and Aerospace and Defence Industries Association of Europe took place at EDA premises. Croatian defence industry competitiveness cluster (CDICC) is a member of EDA NDIA’s (National Defence Industry Associations) network and Cluster President Mr Goran Basarac attended this meeting and represented Croatian interests and insights into numerous topics; (i) Industry’s perspective on the analysis of the defence investment gaps and expectations from the related initiatives related to joint procurement, (ii) Industry’s best practices that can benefit the industrial cooperation and

partnerships at the EU level and support the agile supply based on the urgent Member States’ demand and (iii) the Industry’s view on EU Defence Innovation and expected opportunities for Industry.
